Almost all the walkingsticks and walking canes have contained a quotation.
Usually these quotations are the favorites of the person buying the piece, or the quote is a favorite of the person for whom the piece is being commissioned.
I have put poems, short stories, essay quotations, and personal messages on walkingsticks and canes.
On walkingsticks, I can put two quotations. I have put a quotation and a personal message this way. I have also put a quotation in one language, and then the translation as the second quotation.
The possibilities are endless.
